Publisher and Media Network Sales partners are only charged a 10% transaction fee on the gross transactions. All media fees and margins are paid to these partners.

All other partners are subject to the below commission rates provided no additional Five Tier servicing is needed:

1. 50% net commission on all sales up to a gross of $25,000 in sales during a 30 day period.
   
   
2. 60% net commission on all sales between $25,001 and $100,000 in sales during a 30 day period.
   
   
3. 70% net commission on all sales between $100,001 and $250,000 in sales during a 30 day period.
   
   
4. 75% net commission on all sales over $250,000 in sales during a 30 day period.
   
   

Net commission is defined as total sale minus 25% cost of goods sold. A $1,000 sale would result in $750 commissionable spend and a $375 commission at the 50% commission rate. At the 75% commission rate, commission due would be $562.50.
